You should have a separate email from Credit Soars with the link to complete onboarding. If you can’t find the email in your inbox, please check your spam messages. Click on the link in the email to create a password so you can have access to your online portal.

This email will come within 24 hours of your enrollment.

The portal is where you can see your entire dispute process from start to finish. In the portal is where you also communicate with Credit Soars through the messages. You can send us a message anytime through your portal. If we send you a message, you will get an email that you have a message from Credit Soars. Please log into your portal to see the message.


You must complete each step below: READ CAREFULLY!!

On-boarding consist of the following 5 steps:

  • Signing your Agreement
  • Choosing a Signature for your documents
  • Uploading your Photo ID or Passport AND Social Security Card
  • Proof of Address: Upload a picture of your most recent utility bill, bank statement or paystub that shows your current address. This must be a clear full page document.
  • Pulling your Credit Reports through Identity Iq. ( It’s MANDATORY to keep this account active. We must have access to your reports in order to work on your credit. You will pay $1 for a 7 day trial, then there is a $21.99/month fee that you pay to Identity Iq. This is separate from your monthly credit repair fee of $50. )

If your portal says 80% complete even after you pull your reports. It’s fine! You’re done. Sometimes Identity iq wont register in the portal. Just make sure we have the correct username and password to log in Identity iq to pull your reports. Entering your identity iq login credentials is the next step in the onboarding process after pulling your reports.

If you are using a prepaid card, you must use the following  prepaid card link to pull your reports.

Your payment due date is every 30 days from the day you start. You will get a payment reminder via text or email prior to your due date.

Remember, if your payment isn’t made by midnight on your due date, your account will be suspended. There is a $25 reactivation fee to restore your account plus your monthly fee.

You pay Identity Iq $21.99/month

Once your account is all set up please visit and go to the  credit resources page where you can apply for an account to build credit like The Credit Builder Card. It is very important that while we are working on your negative accounts, you have positive accounts working for you. Always make sure to make your payments on time and keep the credit card balances under 10% to build positive credit history. This will help in increasing your credit score.
